Agreement
This document (“Agreement”) consists of Tkt2go Ltd standard terms and conditions (“Terms and Conditions”).

The event or tour (“Event”) refers to any commercial function organised by Tkt2go Ltd, referred to as “We”, “Us” or “Our” below.

Please read these
Terms and Conditions carefully before purchasing a ticket to the Event. Purchasing a ticket constitutes your acceptance to these Terms and Conditions.

"
You” or “Guest” or “Passenger” or “Participant” refers to any ticket holder participating in the Event.
Other vendors We use have their own Terms and Conditions and by purchasing a ticket, You will automatically become bound by them.

If
You do not accept these Terms and Conditions, do not purchase a ticket.

This
Agreement is subject to change without notice.

Tickets and Payment

When
You purchase a ticket to the Event, an Agreement is made between You, Us and other vendors who provide services.

You
require a valid ticket to participate in the Event. If You cannot produce a valid ticket, You will not be able to participate.

For certain
Events, tickets are not transferable and become void if done so.

As part of the
Event, You may have to negotiate stairs, hills or difficult terrain as there might not be lifts or accessible roads available. If You have reduced mobility, You should consider this prior to purchasing a ticket.

If
You choose to pay for tickets using a credit or debit card in a currency other than the one advertised, You will be responsible for the exchange rate and You are advised that the amount You will be charged or any refund may be affected by such exchange rate.

When
We receive confirmation of your payment, We will send You your ticket(s) via e-mail or text message to an e-mail address or mobile phone number as supplied by You at the time of booking. It is your responsibility to enter your e-mail address and mobile phone number accurately.


Your ticket will contain a unique reference number and or a unique bar code. The reference number and or bar code should be clearly legible. If they cannot be read, your ticket will not be accepted and
You will not be allowed to participate in the Event.

Please check your tickets when
You receive them. If You believe there are any errors, please contact Us as soon as possible

Hotels

If the hotel is listed separately as a bookable item, it is not considered part of the Event and You are not obligated to book your hotel through Us.

Where possible, We negotiate special room rates for Our guests.  Where We have negotiated special rates, the hotel imposes a special cancellation notice:

- If You cancel 30 days or more prior to the official start time of the Event, no fee will be charged.
- If You cancel less than 30 days prior to the official start time of the Event, or in case of no-show, You will be charged the whole amount of your stay.

We reserve the right to change the hotel at anytime without notice.

Lost or Stolen Tickets
Lo
st or stolen tickets must be reported via e-mail as soon as possible and prior to the official start time of the Event. The Tour Guide can not handle issues involving lost or stolen tickets.

Replacements, Changes and Refunds
If You are refused admission to the Event for breach of these Terms and Conditions, You will not be eligible for a refund.

If the
Event is cancelled at any time prior to the start of the Event, You will receive a full refund of the ticket price. The refund will not include the price of your hotel or other related costs.

If the hotel cancels your room at any time prior to the
start of the Event, You will receive a full refund of the hotel costs. The refund will not include the price of your Event ticket and the Event will continue in its entirety.


If one or more of the vendors
We use cancels their services before or during the Event, We will endeavour to find a replacement or refund the portion of your Event ticket related to the cancelling vendor. The refund will not include the price of your hotel or other related costs. If possible, We will continue with the rest of the Event

You
are not eligible for a refund if you have missed your transportation, are delayed, are held by any authority or are not allowed entry to the country of the Event.


We
will only consider a request to replace a ticket from the original purchaser which must be made no less than 24 hours prior to the official start time of the Event.

There will be no investigation or refunds due on any tickets reported lost or stolen less than 24 hours prior to the official start time of the
Event.

There will be no investigation or refunds due on any tickets cancelled
less than 24 hours prior to the official start time of the Event.

No refund in full or in part will be paid to ticket holders prevented from consuming alcohol at an
Event.

No unused portion of the ticket to the
Event will be refunded.

Discounted tickets are not eligible for a refund unless the
Event is cancelled.

We
reserve the right to make reasonable changes to the published prices or the Event without notice and are not obliged to refund Clients in full or in part.

Applications for refunds should be made by e-mail

Eligible refunds are processed at month end and are only paid via PayPal or cheque to the original purchaser.

Fees

All requests to replace, change or cancel a ticket or receive a refund are subject to additional fees.

Where
You are requesting a replacement, a change or a cancellation of a ticket or a refund that is not due to Our negligence or breach of these Terms and Conditions, We will charge You a fee of €25.

Acceptable Forms of Identification

Every
ticket holder should carry valid proof of identification when attending one of Our Events.

If, in the opinion of
Our representatives (including the vendors We use), You appear to be under 18 years of age, You may be asked to produce valid proof of identification.

If there are any issues with the printed copy of your ticket via e-mail or your mobile phone ticket via text,
You may be asked to produce valid proof of identification.

If
You can not produce valid proof of identification when requested, You may be refused service, refused admission to, or asked to leave the Event.

The only documents accepted as valid proof of identification will be a passport, a national ID or a drivers license with photo. Out of date documents are not valid.

Exclusions

We
reserve the right to exclude anyone from participating in the Event.

No pets are allowed on any
Event except seeing eye dogs and only with Our express permission.

Wine tasting
Events are not open to children under 18 years of age on the day of the Event, including those accompanied by a parent or guardian.

For all
Events, ticket holders under 18 years of age on the date of the Event, will not be served alcohol.

Health, Safety and Risk

You
are responsible for making sure You are healthy enough to participate in the Event. If You have health issues that might affect your enjoyment of the Event, please consult your doctor before purchasing a ticket.

Some of the activities and products described in
Our marketing materials are offered by other vendors and We therefore can not be held responsible if You suffer negative effects as a result of the consummation or participation in such activities or products.

Some of
Our Events involve personal risk. It is the responsibility of the ticket holder to make sure they have adequate insurance to cover any eventuality where injury may occur.

Some vendors may require compliance to a certain type of conduct from
Participants at their venue. You may be required to sign a disclaimer on or before the day of the Event. Please read these documents carefully prior to signing.

To ensure the safety of all
Participants, We reserve the right to carry out occasional security searches of all ticket holders and their belongings.

Filming and Recording

At some
Events, the unauthorised use of a camera, video camera or any recording equipment is strictly forbidden.


At certain times, the
Event may be filmed or recorded for public viewing and distribution. Purchasing a ticket constitutes your consent to the filming and recording of You as a Guest or a member of the audience. No fee will be paid to You as a result of being filmed or recorded.

Liability

Whilst
We make every effort to ensure the descriptions and pictures within Our marketing materials are a true reflection of the Event, it is only meant as an indication of what to expect and specific details may vary from location to location.

Although
We have sought to select vendors who are experienced in their field, We do not undertake any technical examination of their equipment, facilities or services in order to minimise personal risk and shall therefore not be responsible for their safety standards.

If it occurs that any mechanical machinery breaks down,
You should expect reasonable substitutions without notice.

We
are not responsible or liable for any negligence, wrongful act or omission on the part of the vendors We use, including but not limited to any product liability claims, for which they shall be solely responsible.

Delays, weather, curtailments, breakdowns and acts of God are not within
Our control and We cannot be held liable should such an occurrence affect the Event.

We
are not responsible or liable for any losses to You personally or professionally as a direct or indirect result of any unforeseeable circumstances that are outside of Our control. Our liability shall not, in any event, include losses related to any business of yours, such as lost data, lost profits, lost opportunity or business interruption.

We
are not responsible or liable for any losses to You personally or professionally as a direct or indirect result of any delay or inability or for any information, products and services obtained through this web site arising out of or in any way connected with the use of the web site to book and or purchase tickets to the Event.

We
are not responsible or liable for any loss or damage to your personal property.

The total liability for any claim whatsoever in connection with the
Event shall be limited to the price paid for the ticket.

Complaints

If
You have any problems while attending the Event, please speak to the guide or one of the 3rd party vendor representatives. They will endeavour to resolve any issues You may experience. If You are still not satisfied, please e-mail details of your problem to Us. You can also use the address to send positive or negative feedback.

Jurisdiction and the Law
This Agreement is governed by the laws of England. Any dispute between You and Us in relation to these Terms and Conditions will be referred to the English courts. The use of any web sites related to this Event is unauthorised in any jurisdiction that does not give effect to all provisions of these Terms and Conditions.

All content and documentation of Tkt2go Ltd on this web site, including any files and software, are protected by copyright, database right and other intellectual property rights.
You may not reproduce any part of the Web Site in any form without Our permission.
